Hints: Zoom in as much as you need to feel comfortable about making good shots. The enemies usually take a little while to understand what is happening, so you should be able to get quite a few in each group before they start running.

The major risk on this rampage is that you actually fall down from the building, killing yourself in the fall. Just be very, very careful when it comes to how you move on the roof and you should be ok.

You will need a helicopter to reach this rampage.
