Rampage #1 in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Weapon: Rocket Launcher
Kill goal: 10 vehicles
Time limit: 120 seconds

Hints: The rampage icon is located on a structure in the middle of the water at the south end of the map. It can only be reached by boat or helicopter/airplane.

Though there are some boats spawning near the rampage icon, you may want to get to one of the main islands to get some more vehicles to destroy. Be aware however that since you are using the rocket launcher for this rampage, it may get dangerous if you allow the gang members to get close to you. To avoid this, use a helicopter to get to the roof of a building where you are safe and have easy acceess to vehicles spawning.
