Hints: Make sure you have a vehicle ready before starting this rampage. A motorbike is probably the better choice since it allows you to shoot straight ahead as well as to either side.

Keep moving. A moving target is more difficult for the police to deal with.

Don't obsess about killing every single enemy that spawns. It is often better to just keep moving and a new group of enemies will soon spawn for you to take care of.
