These spray tags are all done as part of the mission "Tagging up Turf". Sweet will do the first spray tag and then you'll have to do the rest (#2-6) as part of the mission.
Note: The numbering of the spray tags is based on this map.
In each video, the location of the spray tag is given by the tip of the arrow on the map.
